Hand over and store in Wien
A smart locker — for luggage, keys and other items.
Drop off a key
For guests, tradespeople and cleaners — or your spare key. The key waits in the box until someone needs it.
Store luggage
For suitcases, backpacks and shopping. Between check-out and your train — or just a few hours with free hands.
Hand over sold items
For willhaben, eBay and other platforms. You drop the item in — the buyer collects it within the booked time.
Hand over borrowed items
For tools, camera gear, books or clothes. It goes out through the box — and comes back the same way.
Four cases, one principle.
- Two codes per booking: one to drop off, one to pick up.
- Who gets which code is up to you.
- In between, the box stays securely locked.
- Share codes by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- Hand over contactless — no home address, no waiting.
- For returns there’s “Twice” — two uses, one booking.
